Project Overview
Dubbed the “Tower for Tourism,” this 63-storey mixed-use development will feature a world-class five-star hotel with 210 rooms and 457 contemporary apartments as part of The Star Residences. Designed to set new benchmarks for luxury, the project required high-quality internal linings and cladding solutions that met strict compliance and performance standards.
Our Role
Plasta Trade Centre Network was engaged to supply and coordinate internal linings and cladding materials, including:
- Siniat Plasterboard, Compounds
- Kingspan Insulation
- James Hardie Board
- Promat Fire Rated Products
- Autex & Trim-Tex Accessories
- Wallboard Tools
Our in-house Technical Manager also played a pivotal role in optimising efficiencies across multiple product lines while ensuring full compliance with fire and building regulations.

This project has unique logistical and scheduling demands due to its prime location in a high-traffic tourist area. Coordinating large-scale material deliveries required flexibility and precision, with deliveries scheduled to avoid disruptions.
