Hardie™ Aged Care Wall System is a fire and acoustic rated common wall solution designed for Class 9c buildings. It is a high performance, lightweight system that is faster to install than other commonly available comparable wall systems due to its single layer design.

Hardie™ Aged Care Wall System is up to 12% more compact than a standard plasterboard system with a 90mm timber frame with similar acoustic and fire performance levels, delivering significant increases in usable living space and has the potential to increase land yield.
